Safety ~ Workers are educated and trained on how to use the machines and equiptment. Signs are put around the workspaces and manuals are supplied to each desk as reminders. Hair must be tied back at and correct clothing must be worn at all times when handling the food and using machines for hygiene and safety reasons. Safety checks are carried out on the machines once every two weeks and employees must report any problems they come across with them. If there is a problem investments are made to replace it.

Health ~ There are first aid kits around the factory and emergency exits are pointed out in the manuals and during the training sessions. There is a medic on call who will also recommend days off and during training workers are taught basic first aid. The workers are still paid during sick leave to encourage them to take it if its needed for a quicker recovery, healthier workers and to reduce the spreading of illness.

Happiness ~ Hygeine is very important so cleaners are hired to clean the workspaces thouroughly once a week. Workers are allowed to suggest changes that should be made and can decorate their own stations as they wish to create a closer and more personal community. The workers are allowed to talk while they work helping to create a friendly environment, encouraging camaraderie, mutual respect and teamwork.
