Meals ~  The workers are provided with a free meal prepared by the catering staff at 13:00. The catering staff have been certified as having a hygiene rating of 5* and the meal is a hot cooked meal to give sufficent energy for the day ahead. There is a snack bar, also provided by the paid catering staff to give a boost and avoid the workers hunger. This maintains focus. 

Transport ~ Buses can be arranged to pick the worker up from their own road to make sure they are on time without facing a dangerousand tiring journey. 

Holiday Pay ~ Workers are paid on time off to encourage rests which improves pefrormance at work. The time spent with family will boost morale. Tired workers would be more likely to loose focus and therefore increase the chance of an accident. 

Insurance ~ All our workers are insured for accidents.
